Courtney Oliver, PhD, LMHC, SUDP brings over 20 years of experience in counseling, supervision, and nonprofit leadership. She has worked extensively with adolescents, adults, families, and groups across community mental health, substance use treatment, criminal justice, and educational settings. Courtney provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and integrates a range of evidence-based and experiential modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Humanistic Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy. In addition to her clinical work, she has more than 15 years of experience supervising clinicians and interns, developing programs, and providing organizational leadership. Courtney holds a PhD in Psychology with a focus on expressive arts and clinician wellbeing and is committed to supporting healing, resilience, and sustainable care for both clients and clinicians.
